Waste Management in Phnom Penh Teacher Education College

សំរាម គឺជាបញ្ហាចោទមួយដ៏សំខាន់ចំពោះបរិស្ថាន ដែលទាមទារអោយមានការដោះស្រាយ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ការស្រាវជ្រាវនេះផ្តោតលើការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាមនៅ ក្នុងបរិវេណវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញដែលមានគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់ពីស្ថានភាពទូទៅនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាមនៅក្នុងវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានី ភ្នំពេញ។ អ្នកសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវប្រើវិធីសាស្ត្របែបបរិមាណវិស័យ និងប្រើប្រាស់កម្រងសំណួរដោយការស្ទង់មតិតាមរយ:គរុនិស្សិតឆ្នាំទី១ជំនាន់ទី៤ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញចំនួន ៦៧នាក់ តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់កម្រងសំណួរដោយ Google Form និងប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី SPSS22.0 សម្រាប់វិភាគស្វែងយល់នូវគំនិតយល់ឃើញរបស់គរុនិស្សិតទាក់ទៅនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាម។ លទ្ធផលបានបង្ហាញថា ការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាមនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ គឺមានការគ្រប់គ្រងបានល្អ ពោលគឺមានបញ្ហាតែបន្តិចបន្តួចប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមានការគ្រប់គ្រង និងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បានយ៉ាងប្រសើរ តួយ៉ាងការមិនដាក់ប្រើប្រាស់ធុងសំរាម និងការយកសំរាមទៅចោលបានទៀងទាត់សុទ្ធតែជា កត្តាជំរុញដល់ការគ្រប់គ្រងសំរាមក្នុងបរិវេណវិទ្យាស្ថានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

Waste is a major environmental problem that requires effective management and resolution. This research focuses on waste management in the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute, aiming to understand the general situation of waste management in the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute. The researchers used a quantitative method and used a questionnaire survey with 67 first-year and fourth-year student teachers at the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute using a Google Form questionnaire and SPSS22.0 software to analyze and understand the perceptions of student teachers regarding waste management. The results showed that waste management at the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute is well managed, with only a few problems, with the leadership managing and paying good attention, for instance, not using trash cans and not regularly removing garbage are all factors that contribute to effective waste management in the institute.
