👉English Below…..👇 ជំនួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ IATSS ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា .............................. រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សិត សេង នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បានទទួលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Yuto Kitamura ប្រធាន The International Association of Traffic and Safety Sciences (IATSS) មកពីប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក្នុងបរិយាកាសប្រកបដោយភាពស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងផ្លែផ្កា។ ជំនួបនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាអំពីការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍សម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការអភិវឌ្ឍសម្ភារសិក្សា និងធនធានគាំទ្រការបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយគុណភាព។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Yuto Kitamura បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីផែនការរៀបចំ និងអភិវឌ្ឍសៀវភៅសិក្សាគោល និងសៀវភៅណែនាំគ្រូ ស្តីពីការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍ សម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសិស្សនៅកម្រិតអនុវិទ្យាល័យ។ លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍គឺជាមូលដ្ឋានសំខាន់ក្នុងការកសាងចំណេះដឹង ឥរិយាបថ និងទម្លាប់ល្អរបស់សិស្សក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ផ្លូវថ្នល់ប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យក៏បានស្នើសុំកិច្ចសហការពីវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងការចូលរួមផ្តល់ធាតុចូលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស ការពិនិត្យខ្លឹមសារ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសៀវភៅសិក្សាគោល និងសៀវភៅណែនាំគ្រូឱ្យស្របតាមបរិបទអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។ ជាការឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សិត សេង បានសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងគណៈប្រតិភូ IATSS ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការគាំទ្ររបស់ IATSS ចំពោះវិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតបានលើកឡើងថា គម្រោងរៀបចំសៀវភៅសិក្សាគោល និងសៀវភៅណែនាំគ្រូ ស្តីពីការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍នេះ គឺជាគម្រោងដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងមានតម្លៃខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យអប់រំ ជាពិសេសក្នុងការបណ្តុះស្មារតី និងការយល់ដឹងរបស់សិស្សអំពីសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍តាំងពីវ័យក្មេង។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបញ្ចូលខ្លឹមសារអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍ទៅក្នុងដំណើរការបង្រៀន និងរៀន នឹងរួមចំណែកកាត់បន្ថយគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ និងលើកកម្ពស់វប្បធម៌គោរពច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍ក្នុងសង្គម។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សិត សេង បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ IATSS ក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា ហើយបានបង្ហាញការគាំទ្រ និងការសហការយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងជាមួយក្រុមការងារគម្រោង ដើម្បីធានាថាការរៀបចំសៀវភៅសិក្សាគោល និងសៀវភៅណែនាំគ្រូនេះ អាចអនុវត្តបានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងឆ្លើយតបតាមតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់សាលារៀន និងគ្រូបង្រៀននៅកម្ពុជា។ ជំនួបនេះបានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយភាពជោគជ័យ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នាក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និង IATSS ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ Courtesy Meeting and Working Discussion with IATSS to Promote Road Safety Education in Cambodia …………………. Phnom Penh, 20 July 2026 – On the afternoon of 20 July 2026, Dr. Set Seng, Director of Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), warmly received Yuto Kitamura, President of the International Association of Traffic and Safety Sciences (IATSS), Japan, for a courtesy meeting and working discussion held in a friendly and productive atmosphere. The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions and to discuss initiatives for promoting road safety education among Cambodian youth through the development of high-quality teaching and learning materials, as well as instructional support resources. During the meeting, Professor Kitamura presented IATSS’s plan to develop a student textbook and a teacher’s guide on road safety education for use in lower secondary schools. He emphasized that road safety education plays a vital role in cultivating students’ knowledge, attitudes, and responsible behaviors for the safe use of roads. Professor Kitamura also invited PTEC to contribute technical expertise, review educational content, and collaborate in the development of the textbook and teacher’s guide to ensure that they are relevant to Cambodia’s educational context. In response, Dr. Set Seng warmly welcomed Professor Kitamura and the IATSS delegation and expressed his sincere appreciation for IATSS’s continued commitment and support to education in Cambodia. He highlighted that the development of a student textbook and teacher’s guide on road safety education represents an important and valuable initiative for strengthening the education sector, particularly in fostering students’ awareness, responsibility, and understanding of road safety from an early age. Dr. Set Seng further emphasized that integrating road safety education into classroom teaching and learning would contribute significantly to reducing traffic accidents and promoting a culture of responsible road use and respect for traffic laws throughout Cambodian society. He also highly commended IATSS for its vision and dedication in supporting road safety education in Cambodia and reaffirmed PTEC’s full commitment to working closely with the project team. PTEC will provide technical support to ensure that the teaching materials are practical, effective, and responsive to the needs of Cambodian schools and teachers. The meeting concluded successfully with both parties reaffirming their shared commitment to strengthening collaboration between Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) and IATSS.
