ពិធីបើកការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនកម្រិតសាលារៀន (School-Wide Lesson Study) នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សហការជាមួយអនុវិទ្យាល័យអូរបែក្អម បានរៀបចំពិធីបើកការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនកម្រិតសាលារៀន (School-Wide Lesson Study) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោក ង៉ោ ប៉េងឡុង អគ្គនាយករងនៃនាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងវិក្រិត្តការ និង លោកបណ្ឌិត សំ ច័ន្ទភិរុណ នាយករង នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Toshiakira Fujii អ្នកជំនាញការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនមកពី IMPUL តំណាងអង្គការ JICA ព្រឹទ្ធបុរសរង គ្រូឧទ្ទេស នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងបាត់ដំបង និងលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូមកពីអនុវិទ្យាល័យអូរបែកក្អម សរុបចំនួន៧២នាក់។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិជប៉ុន (JICA) តាមរយៈគម្រោង Strengthening Teacher Education Colleges in Cambodia (S-TEC) ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពនៃការបង្រៀន និងការរៀនតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀន (Lesson Study) ដោយផ្តោតលើវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនតាមរយៈការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា (TTP) ដែលផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យសិស្សបានគិតបែបគណិតវិទ្យា ដោយឯករាជ្យ និងមានហេតុផល។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្មវិធីក៏មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសហគមន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈសិក្សារបស់គ្រូបង្រៀន លើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានការសហការរៀបចំមេរៀន ការសង្កេតថ្នាក់រៀន និងការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍការបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងផ្តោតលើការរៀនរបស់សិស្សជាស្នូល។ តាមរយៈការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនកម្រិតសាលារៀន (School-Wide Lesson Study) អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងទទួលបាន៖ ១) ចំណេះដឹងអំពីការរៀបចំកិច្ចតែងការបង្រៀនដែលជំរុញការគិតរបស់សិស្ស និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់សិស្ស ២) បំណិនក្នុងការសង្កេតលើការសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស វិភាគ និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលើការបង្រៀន និង ៣) មានទំលាប់ក្នុងការចូលរួម និងសហការរវាងគ្រូបង្រៀននិងគ្រូបង្រៀន គ្រូបង្រៀននិងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបង្រៀន និងរៀនឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរ។ លើសពីនេះ ការអនុវត្ត School-Wide Lesson Study នឹងជួយបង្កើតនូវឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ (Best Practices) ដែលអាចចែករំលែក និងពង្រីកការអនុវត្តទៅកាន់សាលារៀនដទៃទៀត ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ស្របតាមទិសដៅកំណែទម្រង់វិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ មន្ត្រីអប់រំ គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមគាំទ្រ និងរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍគុណភាពអប់រំ តាមរយៈការអនុវត្ត School-Wide Lesson Study ដើម្បីកសាងវប្បធម៌សិក្សារួម និងការកែលម្អការបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។

Opening Ceremony of the School-Wide Lesson Study Initiative On 29 July 2026, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), in collaboration with O Bek Ka-am Lower Secondary School, officially launched the School-Wide Lesson Study initiative. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Ngor Penglong, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of Teacher Education and Development, and Dr. Sam Chanphirun, Vice Director of Phnom Penh Teacher Education College. The event was also attended by Prof. Toshiakira Fujii, an internationally recognized Lesson Study expert from IMPUL, representatives of Japan International Cooperation Agency, vice deans and teacher educators from Phnom Penh Teacher Education College and Battambang Teacher Education College, as well as teachers from O Bek Ka-am Lower Secondary School, with a total of 72 participants. The initiative is supported by JICA through the Strengthening Teacher Education Colleges in Cambodia (S-TEC) Project. It aims to improve the quality of teaching and learning through the implementation of Lesson Study, with a particular emphasis on Teaching Through Problem Solving (TTP). This instructional approach encourages students to think independently, reason mathematically, and actively engage in the learning process. At the same time, the program seeks to strengthen teachers’ professional learning communities by promoting collaborative lesson planning, classroom observation, and reflective discussion. Through these collaborative practices, teachers continuously improve their instructional strategies while placing student learning at the center of the teaching process. Through the implementation of School-Wide Lesson Study, participants are expected to gain: 1.Knowledge of how to design lessons that stimulate students’ thinking and respond effectively to their learning needs. 2.Skills in observing student learning, analyzing classroom practices, and reflecting on instructional effectiveness. 3.Professional habits of collaboration among teachers and other education stakeholders to continuously enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes. Furthermore, the School-Wide Lesson Study initiative is expected to generate best practices that can be documented, shared, and scaled up to other schools across Cambodia. By fostering a culture of collaborative learning, continuous professional improvement, and evidence-based teaching, the initiative contributes to sustainable improvements in educational quality and supports the ongoing education reform agenda in Cambodia.
