ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនជាសាធារណៈ (Open House Lesson Study) នៅព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សហការជាមួយសាលាបឋមសិក្សាអនុវត្តរាជធានី បានរៀបចំការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនជាសាធារណៈ (Open House Research Lesson)” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោក ង៉ោ ប៉េងឡុង អគ្គនាយករងនៃនាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងវិក្រិត្តការ និង លោកបណ្ឌិត សំ ច័ន្ទភិរុណ នាយករង នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Toshiakira Fujii អ្នកជំនាញការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនមកពីក្រុមការងារ IMPULS , តំណាងមន្ទីរអប់រំយុវជននិងកីឡារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ តំណាងការិយាល័យអប់រំយុវជន និងកីឡាខណ្ឌទួលគោក តំណាងអង្គការ JICA ព្រឹទ្ធបុរសរង គ្រូឧទ្ទេស នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងបាត់ដំបង លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូមកពីសាលាបឋមសិក្សាអនុវត្តរាជធានី និងលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូមកពីសាលាផ្សេងៗ សរុបចំនួន៩៥នាក់។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិជប៉ុន (JICA) តាមរយៈគម្រោង Strengthening Teacher Education Colleges in Cambodia (S-TEC) ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពនៃការបង្រៀន និងការរៀនតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀន (Lesson Study) ដោយផ្តោតលើវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនតាមរយៈការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា (TTP) ដែលផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យសិស្សបានគិតបែបគណិតវិទ្យា ដោយឯករាជ្យ និងមានហេតុផល។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្មវិធីក៏មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសហគមន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈសិក្សារបស់គ្រូបង្រៀន លើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានការសហការរៀបចំមេរៀន ការសង្កេតថ្នាក់រៀន និងការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍការបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងផ្តោតលើការរៀនរបស់សិស្សជាស្នូល។ តាមរយៈ“ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនជាសាធារណៈ (Open House Research Lesson)” អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងទទួលបាន៖ ១. ចំណេះដឹងអំពីការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនតាមរយៈបទបង្ហាញរបស់សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Toshiakira Fujii អ្នកជំនាញការស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀន ២) ចំណេះដឹងអំពីការរៀបចំសំណើស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនដែលជំរុញការគិតរបស់សិស្ស និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់សិស្ស ៣) បំណិនក្នុងការសង្កេតលើការសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស វិភាគ និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលើការបង្រៀន និង ៤) មានទំលាប់ក្នុងការចូលរួម និងសហការរវាងគ្រូបង្រៀននិងគ្រូបង្រៀន គ្រូបង្រៀននិងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបង្រៀន និងរៀនឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរ។ លើសពីនេះ ការអនុវត្ត Open House Research Lesson នឹងជួយបង្កើតនូវឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ (Best Practices) ដែលអាចចែករំលែក និងពង្រីកការអនុវត្តទៅកាន់សាលារៀនដទៃទៀត ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ស្របតាមទិសដៅកំណែទម្រង់វិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ មន្ត្រីអប់រំ គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមគាំទ្រ និងរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍគុណភាពអប់រំ តាមរយៈការអនុវត្ត Open House Research Lesson ដើម្បីកសាងវប្បធម៌សិក្សារួមនិងការកែលម្អការបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។

Open House Research Lesson on Thursday, 30 July 2026, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), in collaboration with the Phnom Penh Demonstration Primary School, organized an Open House Research Lesson (Open House Lesson Study) under the distinguished presidency of Mr. Ngor Penglong, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of Teacher Education and Development, and Dr. Sam Chanphirun, Vice Director of Phnom Penh Teacher Education College. The event was attended by Toshiakira Fujii, an internationally renowned Lesson Study expert from the IMPULS team, representatives from the Phnom Penh Municipal Department of Education, Youth and Sport, the Tuol Kork District Office of Education, Youth and Sport, Japan International Cooperation Agency, vice deans and teacher educators from Phnom Penh Teacher Education College and Battambang Teacher Education College, teachers from the Demonstration Primary School, and teachers from other schools, with a total of 95 participants. The program was supported by JICA through the Strengthening Teacher Education Colleges in Cambodia (S-TEC) Project. Its primary objective was to enhance the quality of teaching and learning through the implementation of Lesson Study, with a particular focus on Teaching Through Problem Solving (TTP). This instructional approach encourages students to develop independent mathematical thinking, logical reasoning, and active engagement in the learning process. In addition, the program sought to strengthen teachers’ professional learning communities by promoting collaborative lesson planning, classroom observation, reflective discussion, and continuous instructional improvement, with student learning placed at the center of teaching practice. Through the Open House Research Lesson, participants gained: 1. A deeper understanding of Lesson Study through presentations delivered by Professor Toshiakira Fujii, an internationally recognized Lesson Study expert. 2. Knowledge of designing research lessons that stimulate students’ thinking and respond effectively to their learning needs. 3. Practical skills in classroom observation, analyzing student learning, and reflecting on instructional practices to improve teaching effectiveness. 4. Professional habits of collaboration among teachers and education stakeholders, fostering continuous professional learning and the collective improvement of teaching and learning. Furthermore, the implementation of the Open House Research Lesson is expected to generate best practices that can be documented, shared, and expanded to other schools across Cambodia. By promoting collaborative inquiry and evidence-based teaching, the initiative contributes to sustainable improvements in educational quality and supports Cambodia’s ongoing education reform agenda.
