នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញមានប្រារព្ធពិធីបើកបវេសនកាលឆ្នាំសិក្សាថ្មី២០២៦-២០២៧ និងវគ្គតម្រង់ទិសជូនដល់គរុនិស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រអប់រំកម្រិតបឋម និងកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន ជំនាន់ទី៤ ឆ្នាំទី៣ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សិត សេង នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់គណៈគ្រប់គ្រង បុគ្គលិកអប់រំ សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ គ្រូអ្នកគ្រូឧទ្ទេស និងគរុនិស្សិតទាំងអស់។ បន្ទាប់ពីរស្ដាប់បាយការណ៍លោកស្រី វណ្ណលី វឌ្ឍធានី ប្រធានការិយាល័យសិក្សានិងវិក្រឹតការអំពីលទ្ធផលសម្រេចបានកាលពីឆ្នាំសិក្សា ២០២៥-២០២៦ និងទិសដៅឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០២៧ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតនាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានបានមានប្រសាសន៍មានមតិស្វាគមន៍ និងណែនាំដល់គរុនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យបន្តខិតខំ​សិក្សា​រៀនសូត្រ ពង្រឹងវិន័យ បំពេញគ្រប់លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការសិក្សាដែលបានផ្ដល់ជូនដោយសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ គ្រូឧទ្ទេស ស្របតាមក្របខ័ណ្ឌកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ឆ្ពោះទៅសម្រេច​លទ្ធផលឱ្យបានតាមស្តង់ដាវិជ្ជាជីវៈគ្រូបង្រៀន។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ជំុរញឱ្យសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ គ្រូឧទ្ទេស និងគរុនិស្សិតប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង់ (PTEC Staff and Student Management) និងថ្នាលសិក្សាឌីជីថល (PTEC Learning Management System, PTEC_LMS) ដែលវិទ្យាស្ថានមាននិងកំពុងដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការឆ្លើយតបបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងការអប់រំនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងទៅអនាគត់។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ក្នុងវគ្គតម្រង់ទិសដើមឆ្នាំសិក្សាថ្មីនេះ វិទ្យាស្ានតែងតែបានអនុវត្តជាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីធានាថាគរុនិស្សិតទទួលបានសេវាសិក្សា​ប្រកប​ដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។ ខ្លឹមសារក្នុងវគ្គតម្រង់ទិសនេះរួមមាន កម្មវិធីសិក្សា​ កម្មសិក្សាគរុកោសល្យ ការស្រាវជ្រាវប្រតិបត្តិ ក្លឹបសិក្សា ការធានាគុណភាពអប់រំ ការងារយុវជន ការងារសង្គម បទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងនិងក្រមប្រតិបត្តិនានាសម្រាប់រយៈពេល១ឆ្នាំសិក្សាខាងមុខនេះ។

On the morning of 3 August 2026, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) officially inaugurated the 2026–2027 Academic Year and conducted the Student Orientation Program for third-year student teachers of the fourth cohort enrolled in the Bachelor of Education programs in Primary Education and Lower Secondary Education. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Set Seng, Director of Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, and attended by the College’s management team, educational staff, professors, teacher educators, and student teachers. Following the report by Mrs. Vannly Vaththany, Head of the Office of Academic Affairs and Teacher Development, on the achievements of the 2025–2026 academic year and the strategic directions for 2026–2027, Dr. Set Seng delivered the opening address and warmly welcomed all student teachers to the new academic year. In his remarks, the Director encouraged student teachers to remain committed to their studies, uphold discipline, and fulfill all academic requirements established by the College’s professors and teacher educators in accordance with the curriculum framework. He emphasized the importance of achieving the professional standards required of qualified teachers through dedication, continuous learning, and professional responsibility. Dr. Set Seng also strongly encouraged professors, teacher educators, and student teachers to make full and effective use of the College’s digital platforms, including the PTEC Staff and Student Management System and the PTEC Learning Management System (PTEC LMS). He noted that these digital systems play a vital role in supporting the ongoing digital transformation of education and in enhancing the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of teaching, learning, and academic administration. The annual orientation program is organized at the beginning of each academic year to ensure that student teachers receive comprehensive academic support and high-quality educational services throughout their studies. This year’s orientation covered a wide range of essential topics, including: * The academic curriculum and program requirements; * Teaching practicum and school-based professional experience; * Action research; * Student academic clubs and professional learning communities; * Internal Quality Assurance (IQA); * Youth development and student affairs; * Community engagement and social service activities; and * The College’s internal regulations, code of conduct, and academic policies for the upcoming academic year.
