His mission is to contribute to enhancing the quality of teacher education and to support the development of French language teaching and learning at PTEC. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Set Seng, Director of PTEC, and attended by Dr. Sam Chanphirun, Vice Director of the College, the Vice Dean, heads and deputy heads of the Language Department, as well as French language teacher educators. During the ceremony, Dr. Set Seng warmly welcomed Mr. Diogo Cunha and emphasized the importance of the French language and international cooperation in strengthening the professional capacity of teacher educators and enhancing the quality of French language instruction and learning at the College.
