កិច្ចជំនួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ពីប្រទេស អៀរឡង់ «អំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈគ្រូបង្រៀនៅកម្ពុជា» ......................... នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (PTEC) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចជំនួប ជាមួយប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់មកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Mary Immaculate College (MIC) ដឹកនាំដោយសាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Mary Immaculate (MIC) ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមផងដែរពីលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Leo Casey និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអង្គការទស្សនៈឥតព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា SeeBeyondBorders (Cambodia-SBB) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ ជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ និងស្វែងរកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរួមគ្នានាពេលអនាគត រវាង PTEC, MIC និង Cambodia-SBB លើការលើកកម្ពស់ និងអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈគ្រូបង្រៀននៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងកែទម្រង់វិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបាន និងកំពុងចាប់ដៃគូយ៉ាងជិតស្នីទជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សានៃប្រទេស អៀរឡង់ និង SBB ប្រចាំកម្ពុជាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២៣មក តាមរយៈគម្រោងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពវិជ្ជាជីវៈគ្រូឧទ្ទេស កម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគ្រូឧទ្ទេសនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ និងការសហការរៀបចំជំនួបអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំឆ្នាំស្ដីពីការលើកកម្ពសគរុកោសល្យបង្រៀននៅកម្ពុជា (Enhance Pedagogy in Cambodia (EPIC) Summit)។ Discussion Meeting with a High-Level Delegation from Ireland on Strengthening Teacher Professional Development in Cambodia ………………… On the morning of 20 July 2026, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) hosted a discussion meeting with a high-level delegation from Mary Immaculate College (MIC), led by the President of Mary Immaculate College. The meeting was also attended by Leo Casey and senior representatives of SeeBeyondBorders Cambodia (Cambodia-SBB). The meeting provided an opportunity for the three institutions—PTEC, MIC, and Cambodia-SBB—to exchange ideas and explore future areas of collaboration aimed at strengthening teacher professional development in Cambodia. Discussions focused on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of teacher education to support the ongoing reform of Cambodia’s education system. The participants also discussed potential areas of cooperation, including collaborative research, professional development for teacher educators, academic exchange programs, and other initiatives that promote innovation and excellence in teacher education. It is noteworthy that Phnom Penh Teacher Education College has maintained a close partnership with Mary Immaculate College and Cambodia-SBB since 2023. This partnership has included collaborative research projects, professional capacity-building programs for teacher educators, faculty exchange initiatives between Cambodia and Ireland, and the joint organization of the annual Enhance Pedagogy in Cambodia (EPIC) Summit, an international forum dedicated to advancing teaching and learning practices in Cambodia.
