About MOL Pisey
Mr. Mol Pisey is a Cambodian physics educator and lecturer currently serving at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). He has extensive experience in teaching physics at both secondary and higher education levels, with a strong commitment to improving science education in Cambodia.
Mr. Pisey earned his Master of Science in Physics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) in 2013, following his Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the same institution in 2010. He also completed professional training at the National Institute of Education, strengthening his pedagogical knowledge and teaching practice.
Since 2019, Mr. Pisey has been a Physics Lecturer at PTEC, where he contributes to the preparation and development of future teachers. In addition, he has been serving as a Physics Lecturer at the Royal University of Phnom Penh since 2021. Prior to these roles, he gained valuable teaching experience at several institutions, including Phnom Penh Institute of Technology, University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhum, and Slableng High School.
Mr. Pisey has participated in various professional development programs, including international training in Japan on strengthening teacher education for basic education quality. His areas of interest include physics education, educational development, and the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
With strong skills in both Khmer and English, as well as proficiency in information technology, Mr. Pisey is dedicated to advancing quality education and inspiring the next generation of educators in Cambodia.
