About Seng Sihak

SENG Sihak is a teacher educator within the Department of Pedagogy at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. He holds a Master’s degree in Education from Hiroshima University, Japan. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). With nearly 15 years of experience in teacher education, he is an active lecturer and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider. His instructional expertise spans Pedagogy, Learning Assessment, Social Context, Health Education, and Career Guidance and Counseling. Furthermore, he contributes significantly to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs.
