Mr. OUK Phalla is a highly experienced educator with a profound background in history, social sciences, and teacher training, dedicated to the education sector since 1998. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Royal University of Phnom Penh, a Higher Education Teaching Qualification (Bachelor+1) from the National Institute of Education (NIE). Mr. Phalla has a lot experience in teaching, has worked at Srei Ambel High School from 1998 to 2007. From 2007 to 2019, he has worked at Teacher Training Center of Phnom Penh. Mr. Phalla joined the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) in 2017 as a History Lecturer and was subsequently appointed lecturer of the Social Science Department.
