Noum Viradette is a teacher trainer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), focusing on French Language for Education.

Currently, she works at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) in the Department of Educational Research and Library. In her important role as a librarian, she manages the college’s library resources. She makes sure that student teachers and professors have easy access to important teaching books, curriculum guides, and research materials.

Outside of her daily library work, she actively helps and guides students to find and use information correctly. By keeping the library active and full of useful tools, she turns it into more than just a place for books. Instead, it is a space where future teachers get the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their own classrooms.
