Ms. Thouda Touch studied at the Royal University Of Phnom Penh (RUPP) during her years as a student from 1998 to 2002 and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in History.

In 2002-2003 she continued her academy journey for a year at the National Institute Of Education (NIE) and successfully obtained a certificate specialized in History and Geography.

Currently, Ms. Thouda Touch is serving as a Higher Education Lecturer at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) in the department of Social Science.

As a higher education lecturer, Ms. Thouda Touch consistently works to improve her teaching methods and actively engages with her students to stay deeply connected. Her main goal is to provide them with knowledge and practical skills  they need in order to become effective and successful teachers in various communities in the future.
