Mr. Svay Kosal is a highly experienced teacher educator with a profound background in History and Social Sciences, spanning over 25 years of dedicated service to the Cambodian education sector. He began his career in 1998 as a high school history teacher before joining the Phnom Penh Regional Teacher Training Center (RTTC) as a History Lecturer in 2007. Following the institution’s upgrading in 2017, he now serves as a lecturer at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). Mr. Kosal holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), a Higher Education Teaching Qualification (Bachelor+1) from the National Institute of Education (NIE), and a Master’s Degree in History from the Cambodia University of Specialties (CUS).
