Mr. Sin Sino is a Teacher Educator in Social Sciences at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) under​ the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), with 25-years of teaching experience. He is a Geography instructor with extensive expertise in social science education.

Mr. Sin Sino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, a Master’s Degree in Geography from the Cambodian University of Specialties, and has completed Small Business Management studies under the Faculty of Business (NUM) and English in Pen International Institute, He was also formally trained in pedagogy by the National Institute of Education (NIE).
