Channa MOM has been dedicated public servant with the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport since 2018, after completed a year of pedagogy at the National Institute of Education (NIE).

From 2022 to the present, he’s served as a Mathematics lecturer at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), a well-known public teacher training college in Cambodia. Before coming to PTEC, he taught mathematics at Hun Sen Chrey Thom High School for four years. In this capacity, he is in overseeing the library in PTEC's Department of Educational Research and Library, which is part of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Research Education.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Svay Rieng University in 2017, and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) in 2025.
