Leangsim is a Teacher-educator at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College who has an extensive background in education. She currently teaches primary students-teacher on teaching methodology and also mathematic concepts. She has a strong academic and pedagogical foundation, holding Master degrees in Education in 2017 and supplemented by formal Pedagogical Training in Mathematics at NIE since 2015.

She has experience in working in many roles in education structures includes serving on the management team, as a mentor, and as a Mathematics teacher in high school. She actively engages in continuous professional development and has led students in several international programs as well as exchange program.

Leangsim is passionately about teaching and sharing to others about teaching concepts, methodology and creating activate materials.
