Mr. Hay Pahen, He holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Angkor Khemara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Khemarak University, along with professional teacher training from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
With over 15 years of teaching experience in both secondary and higher education, he has been serving at PTEC since 2018, contributing to the training of future mathematics teachers and the development of effective teaching practices.
He is committed to enhancing mathematics education in Cambodia through continuous professional development, innovative pedagogy, and student-centered learning approaches.
