About Soeur Vanna

SOEUR Vanna is a Deputy of Chef Pedagogy Department at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. He completed his master’s degree in Educational Science at Cambodian University for Specialties, Master of Public Administration in Chomroeun University of Poly-Technology and Bachelor of Education in Psycho-Pedagogy at Royal University of Phnom Penh and his major is Psychology. He was an in lectures of different courses and curriculum development at RTTC&PTEC in Cambodia for almost 34 years. He was an active lecturer and CPD provider, teaching Educational Psychology, Learning Assessment, Career Guidance and Counseling, and contributing to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs.
He has contributed to the education of several books in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and eventually wrote one course book related to educational Psychology II at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College.

-Master of Education, Master of Education Science at Cambodian University for Specialties.
