Mr. Soksaphat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and has been working at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College since 2000. Throughout his career, he has worked as an English teacher and currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Department of Languages. With over two decades of experience in education, he has been committed to promoting English-language proficiency and supporting academic excellence among student-teachers and teacher educators.

His professional experience has enabled him to develop strong skills in language teaching, educational leadership, curriculum support, and departmental management. He is passionate about contributing to the advancement of education, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting effective teaching methodologies to enhance the quality of education in Cambodia.
