នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយបុគ្គលិកអប់រំនិងគ្រូឧទ្ទេស ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង បទពិសោធការងារឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៥-២០២៦កន្លងទៅ ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈអនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៦-២០២៧ខាងមុខឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សិត សេង នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងមានការចូលរួមពីនាយករង និងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រប់វិទ្យាស្ថានគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់។ មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតនាយកបានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ដល់គណៈគ្រប់គ្រង បុគ្គលិកអប់រំ និងគ្រូឧទ្ទេស​គ្រប់លំដាប់​ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងគោរពការងារ និងបានអនុវត្តតាមតួនាទីភារកិច្ចយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរ ចូលរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យវិទ្យាស្ថាន​មានវឌ្ឍនភាពលេចធ្លោ និងទទួលបានការទទួលស្គាល់ជាគ្រឹះស្ថានផ្ដល់សេវាអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀនប្រកបដោយគុណភាពពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងសហគមន៍អ្នកអប់រំ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ឆ្លងកាត់បទពិសោធការងារក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សាកន្លងទៅ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតនាយកបាន​ក្រើនរំលឹកឱ្យ​បុគ្គលិកអប់រំទាំងអស់ ពិសេសគ្រូឧទ្ទេសបន្តអនុវត្តដូចឆ្នាំសិក្សាកន្លងទៅឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរបន្ថែមទៀត រួមមាន ១).ត្រូវបំពេញស្វ័យវាយតម្លៃ​ស្តង់ដាវិជ្ជាជិវៈគ្រូឧទ្ទេសទាំង៦ស្តង់ដា ២).ផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលស្វ័យវាយតម្លៃ ត្រូវធ្វើផែនការប្រតិបត្តិ​និងផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព​​បន្ថែមប្រចាំឆ្នាំ​សិក្សា២០២៦-២០២៧ឆ្លងកាត់ពិគ្រោះជាមួយគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់ និងមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ៣).ត្រូវផ្ដល់សេវាអប់រំគរុនិស្សិតប្រកបដោយ គុណភាពខ្ពស់ទាំងខ្លឹមសារមេរៀននិងវិធីសាស្រ្តបង្រៀនទំនើបឆ្លើយតបបំណិនសតវត្សទី២១ ៤).បង្កើនសមត្ថភាពនិងអនុវត្តស្រាវជ្រាវប្រតិបត្តិ បោះពុម្ពចែករំលែកបទពិសោធក្នុងព្រឹត្តិបត្រវិទ្យាស្ថានឬក្នុងទស្សនាវដ្ដីស្រាវជ្រាវជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិ អំពីនវានុវត្តន៍វិធីសាស្រ្តបង្រៀនថ្មីៗដើម្បី លើកកម្ពស់​​ប្រសិទ្ធភាពការរៀនរបស់គរុនិស្សិត។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សាថ្មីនេះ វិទ្យាស្ថាននឹងដាកឱ្យ​ដំណើរការប្រព័ន្ធ​ឌីជីថលចំនួន២គឺ ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង់ព័ត៌មានសិក្សាគរុនិស្សិត (PTEC Learning Information System/SALA) និងថ្នាលសិក្សារបស់គរុនិស្សិត (Learning Management System/EBC)។ ប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលទាំងពីរនេះ នឹងរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្រៀនរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថាន តាមរយៈការផ្តល់នូវឱកាសសិក្សាដែលមានភាពបត់បែន អន្តរកម្ម និងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាកាន់តែទំនើប ស្របពេលជាមួយគ្នានេះក៏គាំទ្រដល់ការអនុវត្តបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា និងការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (Artificial Intelligence: AI) ទៅក្នុងការបង្រៀន និងការរៀន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (PTEC) ក្នុងការបន្តលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ជំរុញនវានុវត្តន៍ ពង្រឹងការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងពន្លឿនបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រស្នូល សម្រាប់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្រៀនមានសមត្ថភាពខ្ពស់ ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការ ដែលកំពុងវិវត្តនៃប្រព័ន្ធអប់រំកម្ពុជាក្នុងសតវត្សទី២១។

On the Morning of 4 August 2026, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) convened a reflection meeting with its educational staff and teacher educators to review the experiences, achievements, and lessons learned from the 2025–2026 academic year and to strengthen implementation for the 2026–2027. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Set Seng, Director of PTEC, and attended by the Vice Directors, management teams, and academic leaders from across the College. In his remarks, Dr. Set Seng expressed his sincere appreciation and high recognition to the College’s management team, educational staff, and teacher educators at all levels for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment throughout the previous academic year. He noted that their collective efforts have contributed significantly to PTEC’s remarkable progress and to its recognition by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, development partners, and the wider education community as a leading institution providing high-quality teacher education. Reflecting on the experiences of the past academic year, the Director encouraged all educational staff, particularly teacher educators, to continue enhancing the quality of their work by focusing on the following priorities: 1.Complete self-assessments against the six Professional Standards for Teacher Educators. 2.Develop individual annual action plans and professional development plans for the 2026–2027 academic year, based on the results of the self-assessment and in consultation with department and faculty leadership. 3.Deliver high-quality educational services by ensuring both strong academic content and the effective application of modern, learner-centered teaching approaches that foster 21st-century competencies. 4.Strengthen action research capacity, conduct classroom-based research, and publish innovative teaching practices and research findings in the College’s bulletin as well as national and international academic journals to promote evidence-based improvements in teacher education. Dr. Set Seng also announced that, beginning in the new academic year, PTEC will officially implement two major digital platforms: 1.PTEC Learning Information System (SALA), a comprehensive student academic information management system; and 2.Learning Management System (EBC), a digital learning platform designed to support teaching and learning. These digital systems will enrich the College’s teacher education programs by providing more flexible, interactive, and technology-enhanced learning opportunities while supporting Cambodia’s ongoing digital transformation in education and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning. The meeting reaffirmed PTEC’s commitment to continuous quality improvement, innovation, research, and digital transformation as key strategies for preparing highly competent teachers who can meet the evolving needs of Cambodia’s education system in the 21st century.
