About Sopheak PREAN

I am Prean Sopheak, a veteran educator with over 20 years of extensive teaching experience spanning higher education, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). I hold two master's degrees in the field of education: a Master of Educational Studies in Leadership from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and a Master of Educational Psychology from Hiroshima University in Japan. Currently, I work as an educational psychology lecturer at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). Throughout my career, which includes more than a decade as an English-teaching lecturer and education manager in both private and NGO sectors, I have developed deep expertise in TESOL, educational psychology, and educational leadership and management. Driven by a strong sense of purpose, I am deeply committed to leveraging my knowledge and cross-cultural experiences to build human capacity and contribute to national development.
