Mr. You Buntha is a Teacher Educator of Pedagogy Department at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. He graduated from his master degree in education at Hiroshima University, Japan.  He completed his master’s degree in Educational Management Science from Khemarak University, Cambodia. He was completed Inspector in Education at National Institute of Education, Cambodia. He is working for education sector for almost 23 years. He is an instructor involving in lectures of different courses such as Learning Assessment, Psychology and Pedagogy course at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College in Cambodia for almost 15 years.
