English below 👇 ការចុះវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្ដាលអណត្តិនៃការទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំកម្រិតគ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សា របស់វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ………………………. វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បានទទូួលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច គណៈកម្មការទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំនៃកម្ពុជា (ACC) ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សោម រតនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការ​វាយតម្លៃ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃតី៨ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ ការវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្ដាលអាណត្តិនេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុង​គោលបំណង​ដើម្បី​ពិនិត្យ​លើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តស្ដង់ដាជាតិទទួលស្គាល់គុណភាពអប់រំនៃកម្ពុជា (ACC) ទៅលើអនុសាសន៍ចំនួន១៣ចំណុច និងសំណូមពរចំនួន៥ចំណុច ដែលគណ:កម្មាធិការ​បានផ្ដល់ជូនអំឡុងពេលចុះវាយតម្លៃគ្រឺះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សា នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានី​ភ្នំពេញ កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២២ កន្លងទៅ ហើយដែលកាលនោះវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវបានគណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃផ្ដល់ការទទួលស្គាល់ពេញលេញថាជាគ្រឹះ​ស្ថាន​ផ្ដល់សេវាអប់រំ​ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងមានសុពលភាពរយៈពេល៥ឆ្នាំ។ ការចូលរួមផ្ដល់ធាតុចូល​សម្រាប់ការចុះវាយតម្លៃនៅពាក់កណ្ដាលអាណត្តិនេះ​រួមមានគណៈនាយក ប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន ការិយាល័យ ប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន ដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់ គ្រូឧទ្ទេស គរុនិស្សិត អតីតគរុនិស្សិត និងនិយោជក ​(នាយកសាលារៀន​គោលដៅដែលអតីតគរុនិស្សិតចេញទៅបម្រើការងារ) ។ ការវាយតម្លៃនេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង​ដូចលើកមុនដែរ ដោយបានអនុវត្តតាមវិធីសាស្រ្តចំនួន៤គឺ៖ ១)ការសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍​ស្វ័យវាយតម្លៃ​របស់វិទ្យាស្ថាន ២)ការចុះសង្កេតពិនិត្យមើលភស្តុតាងនានាដោយផ្ទាល់ ៣)ការសម្ភាស និង៤)ការស្ទង់មតិ​ដោយបំពេញកម្រងសំណួរពីសំណាក់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា។ ជាលទ្ធផលបឋម គណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃបានកោតសរសើរ​ដល់វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យ​រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដែលបាន​បង្ហាញពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការផ្ដល់សេវា​អប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀន​ប្រកប​ដោយគុណភាព ជាពិសេសបានបំពេញអនុសាន៍ និងសំណូមពរនានារបស់​គណៈកម្មការកាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២២​កន្លងទៅ​បានស្ទើរតែ១០០%។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ គណៈកម្មការបានផ្ដល់ជាសំណូមពរ​ចំនួន១៧ចំណុចបន្ថែមទៀត​ដើម្បីឱ្យវិទ្យាស្ថានពិចារណា ពិនិត្យនិងកែលម្អ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការផ្ដល់​សេវាអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀនឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ឆ្លើយតបកំណែទម្រង់របស់ក្រសួង​អប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក៏ដូចជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តកសាងមូលធនមនុស្សរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។ Mid-Term Evaluation for Institutional Accreditation of Phnom Penh Teacher Education College …………………………………. Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) welcomed the evaluation team from the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC), led by H.E. Dr. Som Ratana, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and Chair of the Evaluation Committee. The evaluation took place from 8 to 12 June 2026. This mid-term evaluation was conducted to review the progress made in implementing the national accreditation standards of the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC), particularly in response to 13 recommendations and 5 requests for improvement provided by the committee during its institutional accreditation visit to PPTEC in 2022. At that time, PPTEC received full accreditation as a higher education institution providing quality educational services, with accreditation validity for five years. Participants who contributed information and feedback to this mid-term evaluation included members of the management board, heads and deputy heads of offices, heads and deputy heads of departments, teacher educators, student teachers, alumni, and employers (school principals of schools where PTEC graduates are employed). As in the previous evaluation, the assessment was conducted using four methods: Review of the institution’s self-assessment report; Direct observation and verification of supporting evidence; Interviews; and Surveys administered to relevant stakeholders through questionnaires. According to the preliminary findings, the evaluation committee highly commended PPTEC for demonstrating significant progress in providing quality teacher education services. In particular, the college has addressed and fulfilled nearly 100% of the recommendations and requests made by the committee during the 2022 evaluation. At the same time, the committee provided 17 additional requests for the college to consider, review, and further improve.
