Mrs. Ouk Chakriya is a Teacher Educator in Social Sciences at Phnom Penh Teacher Educa on
College (PTEC) under the Ministry of Educa on, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), with 23 years of
highly teaching experience. She is an Economics and Geography instructor with extensive
exper se in social science educa on.
Mrs. Ouk Chakriya holds a Diploma in Finance and Accoun ng from the Ministry of Economy
and Finance (Economics and Finance Ins tute), a Bachelor’s Degree in Marke ng from the
Na onal Ins tute of Management (NIM), and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the
Na onal University of Management. She also received formal pedagogical training from the
Na onal Ins tute of Educa on (NIE).
