Mrs. Ou Sitha is a Deputy Head of Department of Pedagogy at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. She graduated from her master degree in educational science at Cambodian University for Specialties. She completed her Bachelor degree in education at Royal University of Phnom Penh and her major is Psychology. She was an active lecturer and CPD provider, teaching Pedagogy, teaching the effeteness of classroom management, professional practice and inquiry, Social Context, and Gender, Practicum and contributing to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs. Mrs. Ou Sitha has completed training and certificates in The Knowledge Co-Creation Program supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency under the International Cooperation Program of the Government of Japan. she was 19 years of experience in teacher education Phycology and Pedagogy.
