Brief Bio:
Mr. LONG G SEANG is a Teacher Educator in the Faculty of Research and Pedagogy at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of education. He teaches Philosophy, and his research interests include educational research, pedagogy, and the philosophy of education.

Short-course training:
-Participating in the Faculty Development (FD) program at the Department of Pedagogy, with a focus on Action Research and Educational Research (March–present).
