About SANG SONG
Brief Bio:
Mr. SONG SANG
I am a teacher educator in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Research and Pedagogy, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. I have over 18 years of teaching experience in the field of animal science and education. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). I also completed a Bachelor+1 degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
My research interests focus on the application of genetic principles to improve livestock productivity, adaptability, and health. These include selection strategies, crossbreeding systems, and the use of modern biotechnologies to enhance desirable traits and disease resistance in livestock.
Short-course training:
-Currently participating in a course on Action Research and Educational Research under the Faculty Development (FD) program at the Department of Pedagogy (March–present).
