Mr. Phan Chesda serves as a Teacher Educator within the Pedagogy Department at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. He holds a Master of Education from Hiroshima University, Japan, complemented by bachelor’s degrees in both Education and Psychology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. With over a decade of experience in teacher training, including 11 years at the Provincial Teacher Training Center in Prey Veng, Mr. Chesda specializes in instructing core modules such as Learning Assessment, Psychology, and Pedagogy.
