Mr. Phe Dina is a lecturer at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College with extensive experience in physics education and teacher training. He has been serving as a lecturer at the college since 2019, contributing to the preparation and professional development of future teachers in Cambodia.

Before joining PTEC, Mr. Dina worked as a Physics teacher at Hun Sen High School of Kamchay Mear from 2013 to 2019. He also gained several years of experience as a private tutor teaching Physics to lower and upper secondary students.

Mr. Dina holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Higher Education Teacher Certificate from the National Institute of Education. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and completed English language studies through the ELSU program.

In addition to his academic background, Mr. Dina has completed professional training in computer applications and internet-based learning. He is proficient in Khmer and English and is committed to improving the quality of science education through effective teaching, continuous learning, and educational service.
