He completed of his Bachelor of Education in Educational Sciences from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He subsequently earned a Master of Education in Educational Sciences at Cambodian University for specialties in 2019. In addition to his formal academic qualifications, he has obtained specialized professional certifications in areas such as adult capacity development and contemporary pedagogical methods from the New Generation School. With a career spanning nearly 32 years, Mr. Ngeth has made significant, sustained contributions to the Cambodian education sector.
