UY Varyphal is a teacher educator within the Department of Language at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. She holds a Master’s degree in Khmer Literature from Khemarak University, Cambodia. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Khmer Literature at the Khemarak University. With nearly 19 years of experience in teacher education, she is an active lecturer and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider, teaching Khmer language, teaching the reading literacy, contributing to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs. She was 3 years of experience in teacher at Bakan High School, 4 years in teacher at Pursat Lower Secondary School, 4 years at Pursat High School and 6 years for teacher education.
