LENG Socheat  is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Research and Library at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). He holds two Master’s degrees in Educational Management from the National Institute of Education and in Economics from the National University of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Cambodian Mekong University. His academic background encompasses pedagogical leadership, curriculum development, quality assurance, and educational research.

He currently teaches research courses at PTEC and contributes to institutional development, teaching and learning processes, and the integration of technology in education. His work also involves internal quality assurance, teacher professional development, and research on digital pedagogy and instructional improvement.

Research Interest: AI Integrating in Education, Educational and Action Research in Education, Digital Education, Digital Leadership, Pedagogical Leadership, and so on.
