Vichheka possesses a profound academic foundation, holding a Master’s Degree of Arts in Philosophy from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and a Master’s Degree of Education in Mentoring from the National Institute of Education (NIE). Driven by a commitment to educational excellence, he is currently advancing his expertise through the Master’s Degree of School Leadership Upgrading Program (MALUP) from RUPP. Currently, he is a master trainer, Collaborating with MoEYS and UNICEF on Early Childhood Education (ECE). He is involved in teaching various fields as The Effective Classroom Management, Professional Practice and Inquiry, while also providing vital guidance to student teachers and lecturers during their practicums.
