About TOUCH Sarim
Mr. TOUCH Sarim is an ICT Lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Cambodia, with a strong commitment to enhancing education through technology and innovation. He specializes in teaching Computer Programming, with a focus on Computational Thinking and STEM, helping students build essential problem-solving and analytical skills. In addition, he teaches Meaningful Technologies, guiding learners to effectively integrate digital tools into education, and GIMP, where students develop creative digital design skills using open-source software. He is a lifelong learner with a strong commitment to advancing education through technology, innovation, and continuous professional development.

Object Oriented Programming and Design Pattern
Mr. TOUCH Sarim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2010, building a solid foundation in computing and Programming expertise. In 2013, he completed a Bachelor +1 Teacher Training Program in Higher Education at the National Institute of Education, Cambodia, while also developing key skills in ICT and Library Management.
Further strengthening his academic and professional profile, Mr. TOUCH Sarim obtained a Master of Science in Applied ICT from the Faculty of Science and Liberal Arts at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Thailand, in 2020. His graduate studies deepened his expertise in integrating digital technologies into education and research.
In 2023, he successfully completed a six-week STEM Education Program at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, enhancing his knowledge in STEM pedagogy and innovative teaching practices.
Continuing to embrace emerging technologies, in 2026 Mr. TOUCH Sarim earned an online certificate from the Cisco Networking Academy in Modern AI and Create Digital Content, Communicate and Collaborate Online, equipping him with up-to-date skills in artificial intelligence and digital learning environments.
Mr. TOUCH Sarim’s educational journey reflects his dedication to lifelong learning, educational innovation, and his mission to empower students and educators with meaningful technology and 21st-century skills.
