Oddar Meanchey Province ÷ Friday, 10th of the month of Phalkun, year of the Saptsak, B.E. 20269, corresponding to March 13, 2026, the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute team led by His Excellency Associate Professor Seth Seng, Director of the Institute, inspected, evaluated, and signed a memorandum of understanding with Bus Thom Primary School, Bus Thom Village, Banteay Ampil District, Oddar Meanchey Province. This activity was carried out with the aim of studying and understanding the actual needs of Bus Thom Primary School, which was affected by the Thai war of aggression on the Cambodia-Thailand border, in order to prepare a plan to support the teaching and learning process and school management, aiming to ensure the quality and efficiency of students' studies. The team went directly to the site of the destroyed and closed school and met with the management, teachers, and students currently studying in the temporary camp at Kok Mon Primary School in Banteay Ampil District, bringing with them funds and some educational materials to give to the school, teachers, and students.
