Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute and Japan International CIESF Leaders Academy (JICLA) On the morning of April 27, 2026, Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan International CIESF Leaders Academy (JICLA) under the high chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, with the participation of the Ministry’s leaders and CIESF leaders. This MoU is a response to the high recommendation of His Excellency Dr. Deputy Prime Minister, which aims to improve the quality of teacher training in Cambodia by learning from the teaching and school management methods at JICLA, a Japanese standard school.
