Solidarity Flower Festival, O Svay Lekh Primary School On the morning of April 5, 2026, His Excellency Dr. Seth Seng led representatives of educational staff, teachers, students, youth, and volunteers to bring funds from educational staff, teachers, and former teachers of the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute, the Prek Koy Commune Assistance Team, and various philanthropists totaling 5,503,000 ៛ to participate in the Solidarity Flower Festival to build O Svay Primary School, O Svay Ket Village, Prek Koy Commune, Kang Meas District, Kampong Cham Province. In addition, the institute also brought some other educational materials such as books, pens, pencils, paper, felt-tip pens, etc. to be distributed to students and teachers and kept for the school's use.
