Study Tour on Learning Management System and Flipped Classroom In the academic year 2025-2026, Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute has set a priority to further improve teacher education by focusing on Learning Management System and Flipped Classroom, which contribute to the modernization of teaching and learning of teacher trainees in the institute. In response, Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute, on April 29, 2026, Assistant Professor Peng Tithsothy, Director of Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute, led a study tour on Learning Management System and Flipped Classroom with the Institute’s management, support offices, colleges and departments to observe, study and review the operation of the Learning Management System and Flipped Classroom at Hun Sen Freedom High School, Takhmao City, Kandal Province and was coordinated by Educational Broadcasting Cambodia.
