Meeting on “Guidelines for Creating Digital Materials and Supporting Documents for Teacher Education Programs in the 12+4 System” On Wednesday afternoon, April 22, 2026, at the Phnom Penh Royal Pedagogical Institute, a meeting was organized on “Project to Develop the Capacity of Instructors on the Skills of Creating Digital Materials and Supporting Documents for Teacher Education Programs in the 12+4 System” under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Seth Seng, Director of the Institute, and with the participation of the Management Board, Deputy Dean, Office Director, and Key Instructors.
