Participation in the campaign "10,000 kramas and greeting cards for the heroes of the frontline forces" …………………….. Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of April 3, 2026, His Excellency Dr. Seth Seng led the management, educational staff, teachers, students, and the Union of Cambodian Youth Federations of the Phnom Penh Royal Pedagogical Institute to participate in the campaign "10,000 kramas and greeting cards for the heroes of the frontline forces" under the high chairmanship of Her Excellency Dr. Kim Sedhani, Permanent Secretary of State, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, at Wat Botum Park to show our gratitude and always remember the great merits of all the heroes of the frontline forces who have dared to sacrifice their lives and continue to stand strong in the cause of defending the motherland with courage and bravery. On this occasion, the management, educational staff, teachers, students, and the Union of Cambodian Youth Federations of the Phnom Penh Royal Pedagogical Institute participated in 525 kramas and 525 greeting cards.
