About Chan KIM
Mr. Kim Chan is a Deputy Head of Department of Social Science at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. He graduated from his master degree in Public Administration at CUP, Cambodia. He completed his Teacher with Higher Education Degree of Psychology at FOP (NIE) and bachelor’s in School- Based Geography at the royal university of Phnom Penh. He was 3 years of experience in teacher at Takeo RTTC. Andradevy and 19 years for teacher education PhnomPenhRTTC. So he has been working in the PTEC for 8 years.
