Mrs. Moeng Sokkhim is an Associate Lecturer at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. She holds two Master’s degrees from the Cambodian University of Specialties (CUS)—one in Geography and another in History. With 26 years of dedicated service in the education sector, Mrs. Sokkhim brings 15 years of primary school teaching experience and 11 years in teacher education. She is an active lecturer, specializing in Geography, Social Studies Teaching Methodology, and Practicum supervision. Additionally, she actively contributes to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs.
