Sok Thoeurn is a dedicated teacher educator at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Education focused on Mentoring. He also earned a professional Certificate of Teacher with Higher Education Degree, specializing in Moral Civics, Management, and Leadership. With over ten years of experience in education , he spent a decade as a high school teacher and has worked as a researcher with international organizations.

Currently, he teaches educational research subjects to student-teachers. He specializes in Action Research (ការស្រាវជ្រាវប្រតិបត្តិ), helping future teachers solve classroom problems and connect educational theory with real-world teaching practices. He is highly skilled in training, mentoring, and research methodologies.
