Mr. OU Marin is a teacher educator of Pedagogy Department at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and sport. He graduated his master degree of education in 2006-2008, from Cambodian University for Specialties. He completed the Certificate of Upper Secondary Teacher in 1994-1995, from Phnom Penh Faculty of Pedagogy. In 1994 he graduated from Royal University of Phnom Penh with the degree of Bachelor of Education in Philosophy. He commenced his professional career since 1994 till today, with a career spanning over 30 years and years of dedicated service. Beginning at Sereymakul High school before transitioning to a teacher educator now in Ptec, Mr. OU Marin long standing service reflects both his dedication and his meaningful impact in the field on shaping future educators.
