Mrs. Chhom Kunthy is a Deputy Head of Department of Pedagogy at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. She graduated from her master degree in Educational Science  at PSBU, Cambodia. And master degree of education in School- Based Management at the royal university of phnom penh.  She completed her bachelor’s degree in Educational Science at CUP and bachlor’s in School- Based Management at the royal university of phnom penh.

She was an active lecturer and CPD provider, teaching Pedagogy, teaching the effeteness of classroom management, professional practice and inquiry, Social Context, and Gender, Practicum and contributing to syllabus and curriculum development for teacher education programs. She was 14 years of experience in teacher at Andradevy Hight School and 8 years for teacher education. So she has been working in the education sector for 22 years.
