Mrs. Chin Phiny serves as a Teacher Educator within the Pedagogy Department at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.

Research Interests

Teacher training and teaching effectiveness in higher education
For decades of experiences in education and teacher trainingincluding 2 yearsshe worked as a primary school teacher at an independent primary school in Phnom Penh7 years as Staff Member in the Accounting OfficePhnom Penh Regional Teacher Training Center7 years at the Department of EducationYouth and Sport in Phnom Penh and approximately 25 yearsshe has been working as an instructor at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education Institute.

She holds a Master of Education from Master’s Degree (Educational Science) – Advanced Multidisciplinary Technology (CUP)University, Cambodia, complemented by bachelor’s degrees in both Education, Psychology and Pedagogy from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
