Vichheka possesses a profound academic foundation, holding a Master’s Degree of Arts in Philosophy from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) and a Master’s Degree of Education in Mentoring from the National Institute of Education (NIE). Driven by a commitment to educational excellence, he is currently advancing his expertise through the Master’s Degree of School Leadership Upgrading Program (MALUP) from RUPP.
