About chamroen pall

Dr. Pall Chamroen is a Health Education Lecturer at the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (MoEYS), holding a Doctor of Public Health (Dr.PH) with a specialization in community well-being and mental health education. He has 10 years of experience spanning roles as a Research Fellow, Program Manager, and Lecturer across universities, NGOs, and research institutions.

Since 2020, he has driven national and international research collaborations on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), community-based mental health, and communicable diseases (including TB, HIV, and Syphilis). A skilled principal investigator, he has successfully led multiple project evaluations in baseline-endline design for major stakeholders at the National and International levels.

Additionally, he serves as a part-time lecturer and guides thesis supervisor students at NIPH and the University of Puthisastra, and is widely published in peer-reviewed public health journals.

He has encounter experiences in project evaluations designs for baseline and endline evaluations and data management and statistical analysis skills from bottom up.
