About Vann Phirun
Mr. Vann Phirun is an experienced educator, teacher trainer, academic manager, and educational researcher with more than 15 years of professional experience in Cambodia’s education sector. He has extensive expertise in teacher education, curriculum development, educational leadership, research, monitoring and evaluation, multicultural education, and teacher professional development.
Currently, he serves as a Teacher Educator at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC), where he provides training and mentoring to student teachers and contributes to curriculum development, practicum supervision, educational research, and teaching methodology enhancement.
In addition to his role at PTEC, he has held several leadership positions in both public and private educational institutions, including Academic Manager, School Principal, Academic Director, Vice Principal, and Khmer Academic Program Coordinator. His professional experiences demonstrate strong capabilities in educational management, teacher development, curriculum innovation, and quality assurance.
