The Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute is pleased to release the Educational Research Bulletin on Operational Research, Volume 3, with a publication date of December 2023. This operational research is the result of the operational research of the institute’s instructors in the academic year 2022-2023. The publication of this bulletin aims to disseminate and share experiences about the results of the effectiveness of using teaching and learning methods in the classroom by instructors who are direct researchers during the teacher education process at the Phnom Penh Pedagogical Institute to other stakeholders in order to contribute ideas to improving the quality of teaching and learning in Cambodia.

Phnom Penh Teacher Education College is pleased to release the educational research bulletin, the “Action Research Series Volume 3” which is published in December 2023. This action research volume is the action research achievement of teacher educators in the college in the academic year 2022-2023. The purpose of this bulletin is to disseminate and share experiences about the results of the effective use of teaching and learning methods in the classroom who are main researchers in providing the teacher education process in Phnom Penh Teacher Education College as well as other relevant stakeholders in contributing their key findings and knowledge to improve the quality of teaching and learning in Cambodia.
